Please Note: (Non-members of Triathlon Australia are required to pay a $10 one-day licence fee which provides insurance coverage for race day. Please refer to www.triathlon.org.au for more information).
CANCELLATION FEE - PLEASE NOTE: 50% cancellation fee up until 30th April 2010.

ENTRY CLOSING DATES:
- Individual Registration & Team Registration: Friday 30th April, 2010 5pm(unless we have reached maximum Field prior to this date)
- Race confirmation will be emailed if a clearly printed email address is provided. One member per team only.
- Entries are non-transferable.
MEDICARE NUMBER:
You will be asked to provide your Medicare Number on the entry form. This is optional however highly recommended. Medicare Numbers are required by all hospitals prior to admittance. If you supply our medical team with this information they will be able to process your admittance quickly should you require transportation to hospital during the event.

Team Categories, (womens, mens, mixed) will receive great prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place getters in all categories.
PLUS many other top quality random prizedraws at the presentation. You must be present to accept your prize.
RACE KIT:
All individual competitors and teams receive a race bag.
